If for any reason you wish to return your order, this policy explains how to proceed in accordance with European online commerce regulations.
1. Return request period (Right of Withdrawal)
Customers have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must comply with all of the following conditions:
It must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
It must show no stains, odors, or signs of wear.
All original tags must be attached.
It must be returned in suitable packaging; the original packaging is recommended when possible.
Any additional items or accessories received with the product must be included.
If a defect is claimed, Kioki Sekai may request photos or videos showing the issue before authorizing the return.
3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as permitted under European law, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the customer is responsible for the item until it arrives at our address.
4. Return process and product inspection
Once the customer’s return request is approved, we will provide the address for sending the item back.
A refund will only be issued once the following conditions are met:
Kioki Sekai has physically received the item
The item has been inspected
The returned item is confirmed to comply with all conditions outlined in this policy
If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, Kioki Sekai may refuse the refund or apply a proportional reduction if the item’s value has diminished due to improper handling.
5. Refunds
Once the return is approved after inspection, we will refund the price of the product using the same payment method used for the original order.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kioki Sekai has up to 14 days from confirmation of receipt of the returned item to process the refund.
6. Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted if:
The item has been used, washed, or handled beyond normal testing.
Tags, packaging, or included components are missing.
The item arrives damaged due to inadequate return packaging.
The request is submitted after the 14-day period.
The customer fails to return the item after the return has been approved.
