All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our trusted production partner.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email once your order has been sent for production.

3. Shipping & Delivery

European Union:
Fulfilled from our European facilities (Latvia or Spain).
Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days.

United States:
Fulfilled from our US facilities or the nearest available location.
Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days.
Prices are displayed without sales tax; any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as DPD, DHL, FedEx, and USPS.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

4. Customs, Delays & Responsibility

Kiokisekai is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
